"I carried out my apprentice years with the Marley Tile Co some twenty five years ago. I started employing people from the age of 19 and have seen my company grow from strength to strength.
I am a local company with a household name and have lived close to the two historic cities of Bath and Wells for the last 43 years. I have over 25 years experience in the roofing trade covering all aspects off roofing from listed buildings, new housing estates, flat roofing, lead work and churches and historic period properties. I take great pride in all my work but especially love working on Listed buildings".

Latchem Roofing Ltd works closely with local Estate Agents and surveyors carrying out surveys and inspections in and around the local area. Latchem Roofing Ltd also works closely with local major property developers and construction companies such as Flower & Hayes Developments Ltd, Thorner Homes, Upson Builders, Premier Building Services, Gregory Homes and NDM Surveyors Ltd and more.
Latchem Roofing Ltd does not use sub contractors on any contracts unless otherwise stated.
